1. What are my payment options?

The Kheperi Online Store accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal and Check / Money Order. We do NOT accept cash. To place an order by any of these methods, simply browse the store and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Upon checkout you will be given 3 payment choices:

Credit Card: after submiting your order you will be directed to PayPal's secure site to enter your payment information. Once your payment information is entered and verified, you will be directed back to this web site for your order confirmation.

Paypal: after submiting your order you will be directed to PayPal's secure site to enter your payment information. Once your payment information is entered and verified, you will be directed back to this web site for your order confirmation.

Check / Money Order: e-mail . Please note: If you are ordering by mail order from outside the US/Canada, payment must be made in the form of an International Money Order in US Funds.

2. Does the Kheperi Online Store offer secure credit card ordering?

Yes! Kheperi Global Media has a account with Paypal and we use their secure payment gateway to accept credit card orders. After you have submitted your order you will be directed to a secure site where you will be asked for your credit card information. They will process the information and then send you back to kheperi.com. None of your credit card information is ever stored on our servers.

3. How will my credit card be billed?

Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement as: Paypal.

4. What credit cards do you accept? Can I use my debit card?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If your debit card carries a Visa or MasterCard logo, then yes, you may use it to pay for your merchandise. Be sure to select Credit Card as your payment option upon checkout.

5. Why can I only ship a credit card order to my billing address?

To protect you from fraud and unauthorized use of your credit card. This prevents a thief from using your credit card number to ship merchandise to their address. If you need your merchandise shipped to an alternate address, simply to make arrangements before placing your order.

6. What if I don't have a credit card or checking account?

You can pay by money order. Money orders can be purchased at any bank, post office, or money exchange, and at most grocery stores. The cost of a money order is usually between 50 cents and a dollar.

7. Do you accept PayPal?

Yes. To order by PayPal, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and choose PayPal as your payment method during the checkout process.

9. How much is shipping & handling and how will my merchandise be sent?

US/Canada:
Shipping & handling is free for orders shipped to addresses in the US and Canada. All US orders are shipped First Class Mail, Canadian orders are shipped Air Mail.

International orders:
For most items in the Kheperi Online Store, shipping & handing is $5.50 per item. Items shipped to addresses outside the US/Canada will be shipped Global Priority Mail where available. If GPM shipping is not available to your country we will choose the fastest option possible.

10. Can you declare my order as a gift/promotional item on the customs form?
No. We send merchandise to customers outside the US on a daily basis - it is simply not possible for us to show up at the Post Office every day with foriegn orders claiming each and every one as a gift/promotional item.

11. When will my order ship?

Credit Card & PayPal Orders:
Order shipment for credit card and paypal orders depends on the day/time your order is placed. All times are based on Central Standard Time. Orders placed:

Monday-Friday before noon: ship the following day
Friday after noon-Sunday: ship Monday

Mail Order (Check / Money Order):
Orders placed by mail order ship as soon as your payment clears the bank. Payments generally clear within 2-7 days of arriving.
